Noelle Dela Cruz is a 2006 JRP alumnae.  She appeared in the national K-Mart ad for Halloween and the 2009 Sears Christmas Wish Book.  Noelle has done commercial print for the Pampered Chef and Meijers.  She is currently represented by the Ford Agency in Chicago.
